Gavin and I were lucky to go on a little free vacation with his religion class from BYU! His professor took us on a tour of some church history sights around Utah. It was such a neat experience to learn more about our history. We got to ride on a tour bus too, which was fun, but tiring! We drove from Provo to St. George and back all in one day, so it was A LOT of driving, but worth it :)
Here we are in Filmore, Utah at the first state capital building. Gavin bought that cane from their gift shop, I just shook my head and laughed, I don't know why he wanted it, but hey :)
Looking out towards Mountain Meadows. If you know the story behind it, it is such a sad and confusing story. It was neat to see the memorial they built for it, but so sad to see all the families that died here. 
The tabernacle in St. George, such an amazing building with so much history as well!
At the St. George Temple, such a beautiful day! We didn't want to come back to the weather in Provo, yuck!! Everyone down there had t-shirts and shorts on!
