This has been an interesting week so far.
My Grandma Plewe (my Mom's mom), has had two heart attacks in the past week and is still in the hospital. I love her so much and it makes me so sad. It makes me sad to talk with my Mom about it, she is having a hard time and I can't even imagine how I would feel. It just makes me realize that family is the most important thing we have and I have a great one.
The next crazy thing is that Gavin was playing soccer two nights ago and a player on the other team accidentally landed on his ankle and broke it! Gavin is walking with crutches and a brace and is waiting to hear from the doctor what they will have to do, surgery, etc. I told him to maybe hold off on the sports for a little while :) but he loves playing soccer and football, typical guy.
One good thing is that we had Abby tested for lead because there was a possibility she may have had some exposure from the house we live in, but the tests were all normal, so we are happy about that and the fact that we don't have to move!

I know, we're so sad about Grandma, she is so awesome. It really made me think when mom said that she looks forward to the mail everyday, hoping to hear from her grandkids! I need to do more snail mail more often. Sorry to hear about Gavin's ankle- yikes! Also, I'm sorry but we won't be able to make it to Bailey's party... watch the mail for her! We love you guys, I hope you have an extra fun party!
