6 months!!

Hallie turned 6 months on April 16!!! (I'm a little behind on posting this :) She is such a sweet little girl, and is really starting to show her personality. She laughs a lot and smiles big and is starting to roll over! She also likes to grab hair and pinch us, which is inherited from her Daddy :) She has quite the loud little voice these days and has started to have a little temper scream when she wants something, little naughty! We love you Hallie!!

Easter!

We had such a nice Easter this year! We were able to go to my Grandma's house for church and dinner and for the Easter egg hunt. My Dad was also able to come. We got a lot of cute pictures of the girlies, so sorry for the millions of pictures, but I just wanted to share :) The girls were soooo excited for the Easter egg hunt and to get their baskets from the Easter bunny. We heard some wonderful talks at church as well, and it was so nice to remember our Savior.

For fun

Hallie woke up one morning, and bam! HAIR! Of course this is a set up picture, our girls don't grow hair until they are about 1 1/2. But, we can always dream :)

Mother's Day/Spring Show

I'm going to be selling some of my products from my Etsy shops at this boutique show on April 15/16. If you're still in Utah, you should come by to see all the cute vendors! There should be a lot of fun things on display! It is in a model home near the Oquirrh Mountain Temple.

Update

I've been neglecting our blog lately, mostly because I am just soooo busy with life. But, life is good. Gavin is graduating from BYU in a few weeks, and we can't wait! He has worked so hard at BYU, and we're proud of him!

We are still waiting to hear back from two more law schools, and we are also on a waiting list for a law school in Texas. But, we also have an offer to a school in Arizona where Gavin will take two online courses (actual law school courses), over a 6 week period and then he'll head out to Arizona to take a test, which if he passes, we are automatically accepted into their law school! Anyway, kind of a crazy time, but we are really thinking on going for the school in Arizona. We will start in the Fall of this year if he passes the test/courses, so will be moving most likely at the end of August! It is an exciting time, we are so ready to move onto the next step in finishing school, which seems like it will NEVER end :)

I'm really busy lately with my Etsy shops, which has been a blessing, but also stressful :) The girls keep me busy and are really at fun ages right now. Life is busy, but so good!

I always love General Conference, especially now that we have little kids, because getting a full spiritual and learning experience during our church meetings is a challenge with our busy girlies. Gavin and I talked about how we just loved feeling the spirit and being so uplifted by all of the wonderful speakers. I'm so thankful we are members of the LDS church, we are so lucky and I know it is such a blessing.

5 months old!!

Hallie is 5 months old (as of yesterday)!! She is such a sweet baby, and is really getting a LOUD voice the last few weeks. When she wants our attention, she starts screaming and then smiles, the little stinker! She is a big eater too, we think she is our chunkiest baby so far :) She also rolled over for the first time today, and then got stuck, hehe. She loves to laugh and smile and her sisters make her laugh all the time. We love you Hallie girl! Oh, and she has found her thumb too, just like her sisters! I hope I can break the habit for all of them one day!

Weekend Trip!

Gavin and I were lucky to go on a little free vacation with his religion class from BYU! His professor took us on a tour of some church history sights around Utah. It was such a neat experience to learn more about our history. We got to ride on a tour bus too, which was fun, but tiring! We drove from Provo to St. George and back all in one day, so it was A LOT of driving, but worth it :)
Here we are in Filmore, Utah at the first state capital building. Gavin bought that cane from their gift shop, I just shook my head and laughed, I don't know why he wanted it, but hey :)
Looking out towards Mountain Meadows. If you know the story behind it, it is such a sad and confusing story. It was neat to see the memorial they built for it, but so sad to see all the families that died here.

The tabernacle in St. George, such an amazing building with so much history as well!
At the St. George Temple, such a beautiful day! We didn't want to come back to the weather in Provo, yuck!! Everyone down there had t-shirts and shorts on!
beautiful trees in the front of the temple, and they are in bloom!
in front of the tabernacle
We were lucky to go, and lucky it was free too :)
