Abby turned 3 today!!

We are in shock still that Abby is 3! She has grown up so fast and has packed in a lot of fun and funny memories in the past three years! We love her so much!!

Making me sick....

This is one of Gavin's favorite colognes, and yes, it does smell really good normally, but.....

it has been making me sick....why you ask?

This is due to the little thing we are expecting around October 25.

Valentines Day!

Abby was sure doing the poses today! I got some cute pictures of them before their hair/outfits were destroyed from playing and eating :) We had a nice day at church, besides the usual chasing of our girls down the halls and never sitting through a meeting, haha. At one point, Gavin had Bailey out in the hall and Abby took off running down the hall as fast as she could, so I came out running after her and Gavin was watching from behind the whole time, laughing. He said I looked like a wild, crazy Mom! I think my kids are my exercise program :)
Abby is really starting to talk so much more lately, it is cute to hear. I taught her to say "I'm beautiful" today, which she has been walking around saying, woops :)
Bailey is a sweetie, but is getting really wild, especially at church. She can't hold still at all! We are SOOOOOO looking forward to nursery :) She'll be in there in about 2 1/2 months, yay!

Anyway, we had a great Valentines Day and it was nice to spend with our cute girls. Gavin helped me make dinner, which was so nice, he is such a good husband and father!

Another Post about our girls....

I know, I know, most of my posting consists of pictures of our girls, but I guess that is because they are my life right now :) Bailey Jane is sure growing up fast and is picking up on so many new things lately, including CLIMBING, which makes us nervous, but I guess it comes with the age. We are trying to pack weight on her since she is only in the 5th percentile for weight, she is just a little thing.
I love this picture of Abby below, she is just as busy as ever and is starting to understand more and talk a lot. It is cute. She asks us all if we are okay when we get hurt and likes to do everything I do. She also likes to mother Bailey, which we are working on because it gets to be dangerous.

Abby will be turning 3 on February 28th! I can't believe it! She has been such a joy.

another big event this week...

Gavin takes the LSAT this Saturday! I'm looking forward to him taking it, he isn't so much :) If everything works out, we will be applying for schools this Fall and interviewing around that time also. Prayers are appreciated :)

Patina Market

So I was contacted by the owner of this new, cute boutique in Pleasant Grove, called Patina Market, who wanted me to sell some of my Etsy items for a two week showing! It is a very cute place, they have a few vendors who show for a two week period from Wednesday-Saturdays. My Mom

I'm a few weeks delayed in posting this, sorry :) But my Mom had her birthday on Jan. 10 and we all got together at their house to celebrate. I just want to mention what a wonderful Mother I have. She is so caring and thoughtful to each of us. We are so busy with our own families now, but she always makes an effort to support our children and encourages us on. She has such a strong testimony of the gospel and has always shown that to each of us through everything she does, how she speaks, dresses, and acts towards everyone. Not to mention she is so talented in many ways, I grew up watching her sew, paint, decorate, and cook some amazing meals! We used to call her Martha Stewart. I remember thinking, how does she know how to do EVERYTHING, she is so well rounded and talented! A lot to live up to :) I am so thankful to have her as my mother, I don't think I could have asked for a better one! Love you Mom!

Okay, look at this picture of baby Abby, this was almost 3 years ago now! Look at her little face in that picture, she was totally smiling! She was a happy little thing from day one, she didn't hardly cry at all at the hospital the day she was born. I just came across this picture today and it made me laugh, she has always been so full of it!

She will be turning 3 in a month and a half and we cannot believe it! She is definately acting her age lately and is starting to talk a lot and give us some attitude, AKA "abbytude". Her latest thing is to watch EVERYTHING mommy does and try to repeat it. For an example, I went into get the girls yesterday and Abby had taken out the mattress from Bailey's crib, while Bailey was still trying to sleep, and put it on the floor and took off the sheet. Hmmmmm, all we can say is WOW, we have no idea why she does these things, it is our latest challenge with her, lol. Our idea is that she is just trying to do mommy things, but gosh! Sometimes it is just dangerous! Poor Bailey was asleep on the hard metal springs on the crib, she totally puts up with Abby's adventures!

But Abby is really a sweet older sister and gives Bailey kisses and makes her laugh all day long. We love her!
