I promise, this is the last Christmas photo post!!

Seriously, I took way too many pictures, but I guess one day it will be fun to look back on! These are just pictures of Christmas morning and Christmas Eve at my parents. It was a great holiday with family!

Sorry for all the Christmas posts, it was an eventful week!!

More of Christmas Eve and Christmas day with my family at my parent's in Draper. We had all 5 of us siblings and families stay together at my parent's home for Christmas. Lets just say it was a full house!! We had 25 people in all, and there are two more on the way actually becuase my two sisters are pregnant! It was fun seeing everyone and spending the holiday together. All the grandkids had the cutest matching pajamas thanks to my parents, and they all look so cute and skinny in them! It was fun seeing all the grandkids so excited for Christmas morning, that makes the holiday even more fun! It really is about giving, and I love doing it as a mother now! I am so thankful for the Savior and I'm so glad we have this time to reflect on his birth and life!

Let me explain the balloons on my parent's heads, my Mom came up with the funny idea of having the kids blow up and stuff balloons into pantyhose legs and then they put them on their head, like reindeer, and then they brought in "santa's sack" filled with the cute pj's the kids are all wearing. It was hilarious! My Dad didn't want me sharing these photos, but sorry, its too funny not too!

A few days before Christmas we were able to spend some time with my family at our Grandmother's home in Riverton. My sister, Lisa, was visiting here from Oregon and it was so fun having them around! We miss seeing them on a regular basis, its sad. But we had a fun night together with everyone!

Christmastime

Two nights before Christmas we spent time with Gavin's family and were able to see his sister's family, who live in Oklahoma. It was great seeing them! We went to Temple Square and it was FREEZING cold, so it was a quick walk through for our little family. I love going down there for Christmas, it just reminds you of what is really important this time of year!

Early Christmas

We opened our gifts two days before Christmas at our place
becuase we were traveling to families for Christmas and
couldn't fit all our gifts in the car. Notice the HUGE mess
we made even with our little family! Abby got a really cute
baby doll changing station from Gavin's Mom and cute shoes
from mine. It is so fun for me now to see Abby happy for gifts,
Christmas is more about our kids now and I love it! It is also
so wonderful and important to reflect on the Savior and I am
so thankful for him. I love Christmastime, its the best time
of the year!

I forgot to post these pictures after my first post about
our anniversary, but Gavin made me a nice dinner on
our anniversary. It was sweet, and as you can see, Abby
was there for our romantic evening! We don't get much
of them anymore!

Christmas dresses

It was fun dressing up the girls in their cute Christmas
dresses on the Sunday before Christmas!

Our 4 year Anniversary!

So I am mostly writing this post to my cute husband, Gavin. We have been married officially 4 years tomorrow (Dec. 21), and I just wanted to say what a great husband he is to me! I have loved seeing what a sweet father he is to our two girls, he has been a big help to me with them. On the days when I am burnt out with being a mother he is there to lift me and helps me to CALM down and not feel so frustrated. I can honestly say that Gavin has never put me down or made me feel that I am not a good wife. He is always bulding me up and encouraging me to be confident and happy with things. He puts our family first before anything else and always includes me in important decisions. Right after his mission he started into school and hasn't stopped since. He is working hard to finish his degree for our family and I appreciate it so much. He has about one more year until he is done with his Biology degree at BYU and then another 4 years in Dental school wherever we get accepted to (which we hope happens quickly :) I have to say he is much smarter than me becuase he has pulled off GOOD grades in school, which is not easy in college!

By the way, Gavin just walked in the door with roses for me and said he will be cooking dinner for our romantic dinner at home tomorrow with our girls :) He is the best! I love having a break from cooking sometimes.

Gavin is a very huggy, cuddly person and is constantly pinching and squeezing me, and there are days when it drives me CRAZY, but then thinking about it later and after freaking out, I realize he is just showing his love for me. He puts up with my moodiness and there are times when I wouldn't want to be married to me either, but he is sweet to put up with me! I hope I can be a better wife to him in the coming years, I am so lucky to have him!

Okay, thats it, I just wanted to say that I am a lucky girl to have my cute Gavin!

studying for finals

This made me laugh, and was also a little sad!
Gavin was studying for finals today in our
basement so he could have some quiet and he
made a make shift desk out of our christmas bins!
He was going to study on campus but he said there
were people EVERYWHERE today studying, so
he resorted to this. By the way, not all of that crap
is ours in the picture, the owners of our house store
things down there too.

Just a video of the girls... Abby is always making

huge messes when she eats, or really when she is

doing anything!

Bailey's blessing, Dec 14, 2008

We were able to bless Bailey today and it was such a sweet
blessing. We had a lot of our family come and it was great
to see everyone! Bailey was asleep through the whole
blessing, it was amazing, and amazingly nice!!

More of our girls

Okay, so I know I always post pictures of our
girls for almost every post, but I guess you could
say they are my life right now! Abby is trying to
grow up too fast. She talks on her "cell phone" and
says "hello, bye bye, and ya". She tries to mimic
everything we do, even shaving her armpits! She
continues to make us laugh and has been a good
older sister to Bailey.

Bailey is just a good baby, thats all there is to it!
She has just been a joy to have, we are so lucky!
Besides wanting to eat ALL day long, she has been
such an easy baby so far.

Our girls

Sweet picture of Gavin with Bailey, he's a
good daddy!

Bailey has skinny little legs, she has been
so fun!

Typical dinner with Abby, her covered in
food and the floor covered in what misses her
mouth or face.

She's smiling!!

Bailey was totally smiling at me today! I love it!
She has been such a sweet baby, we're lucky to
have her in our family! Before I had her, Gavin
was able to give me a blessing and it was such a
comfort and reassured me that being a mother is
SO important and special for women. Even through
the hard days it is so worth it and blesses our lives.
